Voice, Rhythm, Music!
Being able to respond to the moment when music visits, taking the risk to pick rhythm and melody, or any sound (whether pretty or ugly) from your source, requires a commitment, a readiness and an availability of your body and being. It also needs a willingness to be naked, imperfect and playful (and shameless). Be ready for some experiments to begin to find that place where you are available using song, sound, and movement. It is not about finding this place every time, it is about trying.
